Information we collect
When you sign up for Puck Slam updates, we collect your email address. MailerLite may also process technical and signup information, such as IP address, browser or device information, signup time, and consent records. If you email us, we receive your email address and the information you choose to include.
How we use information
We use signup information to send Puck Slam development updates and Kickstarter launch news, manage your subscription, and record your signup preference. We use contact messages to answer your questions. Hosting and form services may process technical data to deliver, secure, and maintain their services.
Service providers
We use MailerLite to manage email subscriptions and send updates. See MailerLite’s privacy policy for its data practices. The site is prepared for hosting on Cloudflare; its infrastructure may process technical request data. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy.
Merch checkout is not active. When enabled, purchases will take place through Stripe. Stripe may collect payment, billing, contact, and delivery information necessary for checkout. Puck Slam may receive order information needed to manage fulfillment. See Stripe’s privacy policy. Puck Slam will manage inventory, shipping, pickup, and fulfillment separately.
Cookies and email measurement
The site includes MailerLite’s Universal script. MailerLite’s form and email services may use cookies or similar technologies and may record email opens or link clicks, depending on the account settings. See MailerLite’s cookie policy. This draft must be updated to reflect the confirmed settings and any consent controls required before launch. No separate advertising or analytics tool has been added to this site.
Sharing information
Information is processed by the service providers described above for the purposes outlined in this policy. We may disclose information when required by law or when necessary to protect rights and address misuse. We do not sell your email address.
Retention and unsubscribe
We retain subscription information while it is needed to manage your subscription. You can unsubscribe using the link in any marketing email. Limited consent or suppression records may be retained to respect your preference and meet applicable obligations.
